This is a black end cap for the Xcortech XT301 pistol tracer unit. Xcortech is a Taiwanese maker of airsoft electronics, including chronographs, MOSFETs, target systems and tracer units, and the XT301 is one of the best-known compact tracers for pistols and rifles.
A tracer unit uses ultraviolet light to make glow-in-the-dark BBs light up as they leave the barrel, so you can see where your shots are going in low light or at night. A replacement end cap keeps your tracer usable if the original is lost, damaged or you want a spare.
