Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. For legal reasons we do not send airsoft replicas outside the UK.
Delivery charges
- UK standard delivery: £6.95, or free on orders over £100 per order.
- The exact delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
Our stock is held in our Thetford shop and at our warehouse, and each product page shows where an item is in stock. We will email you when your order has been dispatched. If any part of your order is delayed or unavailable, we will contact you to let you know your options.
Orders that include a realistic imitation firearm (RIF) are only dispatched once we have confirmed your age and your legal defence, such as a UKARA registration. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Restricted items
- Some items, such as gas canisters, pyrotechnics and lithium batteries, have carriage restrictions. We may need to send them by a specific service or offer them for collection in store only.
- Airsoft replicas and age-restricted items may need to be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over, and the courier may ask for ID.
Collecting in store
You are welcome to visit us at 20–22 Castle Street, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 2DW. Please contact us before travelling to check opening times and that your item is ready.
