Which connector do I need?

Most guns use a mini-Tamiya or Deans (T-plug) connector. Check your gun's plug, or fit an adaptor.

How should I store LiPo batteries?

Keep them at storage charge in a LiPo-safe bag, charge them with a balance charger and never leave them charging unattended.

7.4V or 11.1V?

7.4V suits most standard AEGs. 11.1V gives a higher rate of fire and sharper trigger response, but should only be used in guns with a mosfet and suitable internals.
