Green gas or CO2?
Green gas is the most common and is easy on the pistol. CO2 gives more power and copes better with cold weather, but only use it in pistols designed for it.
What is blowback?
On a gas blowback (GBB) pistol the slide moves back with each shot for a realistic recoil feel. Non-blowback versions use less gas per shot.
Which BBs should I use?
0.20g BBs suit most pistols. Shop BBs.
Do I need UKARA?
To buy a realistic imitation firearm (RIF) in the UK you need a valid defence, such as UKARA registration through your local site. Two-tone (brightly coloured) replicas only need you to be 18 or over.
