The Black Ace is Armorer Works’ all-black, competition-inspired Hi-Capa. This version has a full black slide, frame and barrel, plus a mounting plate so you can fit an RMR-footprint red dot sight.
Build and performance
The slide and upper frame are metal, with a polymer grip section. It is a gas blowback design that cycles with every shot, and the hop-up is adjustable to suit your BB weight. Black Ace pistols feature an enlarged honeycomb-pattern grip, a flared magazine well and deep slide serrations, making them quick to handle even with gloves.

After a game, store the magazine with a small amount of gas inside to keep the seals seated, and wipe the pistol down before putting it away. A holster designed for the model will help protect the finish and keep it secure on the move. Use a quality airsoft gas and good 0.20g or heavier BBs. The RMR plate suits compact red dot sights; check your sight’s footprint before buying. As a realistic imitation firearm (RIF), it can only be bought in the UK with a valid defence such as UKARA, and buyers must be 18 or over.
