This is a spare CO2 magazine from KJ Works for its 1911-pattern CO2 pistols, part code MAG-CO2-1911. Carrying spare magazines means faster reloads in a game and more shooting between trips back to refill or swap capsules.
KJ Works is well known for reliable gas and CO2 pistols, and its 1911 CO2 models are popular because CO2 keeps performing well in the cooler weather that UK players face for much of the year. A spare magazine is one of the most useful accessories you can buy for your pistol.
How it works
A CO2 magazine holds both the BBs and a 12g CO2 capsule. The capsule sits in the magazine body and is pierced when the base screw or lever is tightened, sealing the gas into the magazine to power the pistol.
Load BBs into the magazine following the pistol’s manual, fit a capsule, seal it, and insert the magazine into the pistol.
Why carry spares
Each magazine can be prepared with a capsule and BBs before a game, so reloading is as simple as dropping one magazine and inserting another. This is faster and more practical than changing a capsule mid-game.
Having more than one magazine also lets you practise realistic reloads, and gives you a backup if a magazine needs attention.

Compatibility
This magazine is made for KJ Works 1911-pattern CO2 pistols, such as the KP1911. 1911 magazines from other makers, and gas (green gas) magazines, may not fit or work correctly, so please check that your pistol is a KJ Works CO2 1911 before ordering, and ask us if you are unsure. It takes standard 12g CO2 capsules and 6mm BBs.
Care and maintenance
Never store the magazine with a capsule fitted, and always release any remaining gas before removing a capsule. Put a drop of silicone oil on the tip of each new capsule before fitting it, which helps keep the seals supple.
Keep the magazine clean and dry, wipe it after use and check the feed lips and follower occasionally. Use only clean, seamless BBs.
