Compatibility
Use the gas type recommended in the Marushin manual. Some Marushin 1892 models are made for a specific, lower-pressure gas, and using a stronger gas than recommended can damage the replica, so always follow the manual. Use good-quality 6mm BBs. Check the mount type of any optics or accessories against the rails fitted.
Care and maintenance
Lubricate the lever and action lightly with silicone oil now and then, and put a drop of silicone oil on the gas fill valve and seals to keep them supple. Do not overfill with gas, and use only the gas the manual recommends.
Clean the barrel with a rod and patch if accuracy drops, and keep the replica dry. Wipe metal parts after use to protect the finish, and store it in a case or bag to avoid knocks.
