Description
Battleaxe 17 Series Laser Grip
The Battleaxe 17 Series Laser Grip is a laser sight built into a grip for 17-series pattern pistols, the popular polymer-framed pistol style that many airsoft gas and CO2 pistols are based on. Instead of hanging a laser under the barrel, a laser grip keeps the unit on the frame itself, so the pistol stays slim and holster-friendly.
Battleaxe produces a range of airsoft parts and accessories, from springs and tappet plates to drum magazines, and this laser grip gives 17-series owners a neat way to add an aiming dot to their sidearm.
Why a laser grip
A laser grip leaves the accessory rail free for a torch and avoids the extra length of a rail-mounted laser. Because it is part of the grip area, the pistol keeps much the same outline, which often means it can still go into a holster designed for the pistol, though this varies between holsters and is worth checking.
The laser activates from the grip, so it comes on as you take hold of the pistol in your normal shooting hand. Check the product photos for the exact switch arrangement.
Fitting and zeroing
Laser grips are made for a specific frame shape, so fit can vary between airsoft makers even within the 17-series family. Fit the grip carefully, without forcing it, and follow any instructions supplied. Zero the laser at your usual engagement range; BBs drop over distance, so the dot and point of impact will only match over a limited range.

Compatibility
Made for 17-series pattern pistols. Airsoft versions from different manufacturers vary slightly in frame shape, so please check your exact model before ordering or contact us and we will help. Laser colour, battery type and whether batteries are included are not stated in our listing.
Care and maintenance
Take the batteries out if the laser will be stored for more than a few weeks, as old cells can leak and damage the contacts. Wipe the lens with a soft, dry lens cloth; grit on the lens scatters the beam and reduces the visible dot.
After wet or muddy games, dry the body and check that the mount screws are still tight before refitting. Store the unit somewhere dry, away from direct heat.
Who is it for?
Owners of 17-series style airsoft pistols who want a laser without filling the accessory rail or adding bulk under the barrel.
Please note: Never point a laser at anyone’s eyes, including your own, and never look into the beam. Many sites restrict or ban visible lasers in games, so check your site’s rules before using one in play. Pistol not included.
Please note: what's in the box can vary between batches. If a detail such as included magazines, battery, charger or connector type matters to you, contact us or call 01842 683567 and we'll confirm before you order.
