The FMA 35x198mm TROY Force Silencer (TB880) is a black mock silencer measuring 35mm by 198mm, listed for 14mm threads in both CW and CCW directions. It adds the look of a full-length suppressor to your airsoft replica. FMA is a long-established maker of airsoft accessories and gear.

Thread and fitting
Airsoft muzzles normally use a 14mm thread, either clockwise (CW) or counter-clockwise (CCW). This silencer is listed as 14mm CW / CCW, meaning it is designed for use with either thread direction. Check the product images to see how the thread direction is selected before fitting.
Remove the flash hider, check your barrel’s thread direction (most AEGs use 14mm CCW) and screw the silencer on by hand until it is snug. Do not overtighten it.
Before you play
Make sure the silencer lines up straight with the barrel. Fire a few test shots at a safe backstop to check nothing is catching the BB, and check it is still tight after the first few games, as vibration can work it loose.

Care and maintenance
Unscrew the silencer after games now and then to clean out dirt and BB debris, and check the threads for damage. Store it dry, and apply a thin smear of silicone grease to the threads if they become stiff.
Check it is tight before each game, and make sure it stays aligned with the barrel.
