ACM Pistol Laser (20mm RIS Rail)

Using a laser on a pistol
A laser dot can speed up aiming at short range, particularly when you are shooting around cover, moving or holding the pistol away from your eye line. In dark rooms and CQB arenas the dot is easy to see, so you can concentrate on your target rather than lining up sights.
Remember that BBs drop over distance and are lifted by hop-up, so the dot will only match the point of impact over a limited distance. Zero the laser at the range you expect to shoot, usually indoor or close distances, and use it as a quick reference.
Fitting
Slide the clamp over the 20mm rail, tighten it evenly and check that it sits square to the barrel. Test the switch before your game so you know where your finger needs to be. The product photos show the layout of the unit.

Care and maintenance
Take the batteries out if the laser will be stored for more than a few weeks, as old cells can leak and damage the contacts. Wipe the lens with a soft, dry lens cloth; grit on the lens scatters the beam and reduces the visible dot.
After wet or muddy games, dry the body and check that the mount screws are still tight before refitting. Store the unit somewhere dry, away from direct heat.
