Description
ACM QD Silencer Full Metal with Flash Hider (Long – Tan)
The ACM QD Silencer in its long, full metal version is finished in tan and comes with the flash hider it locks onto. It is a simple way to give a rifle a suppressed profile while keeping the option to remove the silencer quickly when you want a shorter gun.
Tan accessories are popular for desert-toned and multicam-style builds, where a tan silencer ties in with tan furniture, rails and optics. The long length suits rifles with a longer handguard and players who like the look of a DMR or special-purpose rifle.
Quick-detach design
With a QD design, the supplied flash hider is screwed onto your replica’s outer barrel and left there. The silencer then fits over the flash hider and locks on, so it comes off again in a moment when you want a shorter rifle.
This is handy if you move between CQB and outdoor games, or simply want to store and transport the rifle in a smaller case. It also spares the muzzle thread from constant wear.
Finish and handling
The tan finish breaks up the dark outline of a black barrel and matches tan stocks, grips and handguards. Because it is listed as full metal, it adds a little weight at the front of the rifle, which some players find steadies the aim.
Airsoft silencers are mainly a cosmetic and handling upgrade. Depending on the replica, some players notice the report sounds a little softer, but the noise from an AEG gearbox or gas blowback comes mostly from inside the gun, so do not expect a large change in sound.

Compatibility
Airsoft muzzle threads are not all the same. Many replicas use a 14mm counter-clockwise (CCW) thread, but some use clockwise (CW) threads or other sizes. Our listing does not state the thread of this flash hider, so please check the product images and confirm your replica’s thread before ordering, or contact us and we will help.
Also check the length of your outer barrel against the handguard, since a silencer that fits over a flash hider will add length to the front of the rifle.
Care and maintenance
Before each game, check that the flash hider is tight on the barrel and that the silencer locks on securely, as a loose silencer can rattle or drop off in the field. Wipe away mud and grit from the QD locking area so it continues to engage cleanly.
If the silencer has picked up dirt or BB fragments inside, take it off and tap it out or blow it through. Keep it dry and store it off the rifle in a bag or case so the finish is not scuffed.
Who is it for?
Ideal for players with tan or multicam-themed rifles who want a long suppressed look and the convenience of a silencer that comes off in seconds.
Please note: Check your replica’s muzzle thread before ordering. The rifle is not included. Always wear eye protection when playing.
