APS Cam870 Shells (Pack of 8 Shells) with Pouch
This is a pack of eight shells for the APS CAM870 series, supplied with a pouch. The CAM870 is APS’s shell-ejecting pump-action shotgun, loading individual shells into the tube and ejecting them as you work the pump.
Eight shells give you a good number to rotate through a game, and the pouch keeps them together in your kit or on your belt, which is handy for a system where shells are easily lost.
How the shells work
In the CAM870 system each shell carries its own gas charge and BBs, and is fed from the tube to the chamber as you cycle the pump. The spent shell is ejected when you pump again, so using the shotgun feels close to using a real pump-action.
Loading and use
Charge and load the shells following the instructions supplied with your shotgun, and only use the gas type the shotgun is designed for. Fill shells in a well ventilated area, keep them pointing in a safe direction, and do not overfill. Load the shells into the tube as you would on the shotgun normally.
The pouch
The pouch gives you somewhere to carry charged shells and to put spent ones once you have collected them. Keeping your shells in one place makes reloading quicker and reduces the chance of losing them. The pouch’s mounting method is not stated in the listing.

Care and maintenance
Wipe the shells clean after use and check the seals for damage or wear. A drop of silicone oil on the seals now and then helps them stay supple and sealing well. Store shells empty of gas if they will not be used for a while, and keep them in a cool, dry place. Do not attempt to dismantle shells while they are charged.
