Description
Armorer Works Custom Adaptive Drum Magazine (AW-DRMG06, VX Series, Black)
A black Armorer Works Custom adaptive drum magazine from the VX Series, under the code AW-DRMG06. Armorer Works is a Taiwanese maker of gas blowback pistols and accessories, and its custom adaptive drums are large gas drums that fit different pistol platforms through interchangeable adapters.
A drum like this turns a gas pistol into a high-volume sidearm or primary for CQB and fun games. The adaptive design is the key point: the drum body is shared, while the adapter at the top determines which pistol it fits.
How it works
UK retailers describe Armorer Works’ adaptive drums as gas drums with a large gas reservoir and an adapter system for different pistol platforms. In this range the BBs are held in the drum and wound towards the feed, and gas is filled through a valve. The exact capacity and adapter included with AW-DRMG06 are not stated in our listing, so check the product details before ordering.
On the field
A big gas drum changes how you play with a pistol. Instead of swapping short magazines, you can stay in the fight for longer and lay down more fire when pushing through buildings. The extra weight and size also make the pistol steadier to aim, although it becomes less suitable for holstering.

Care and maintenance
Put a drop of silicone oil on the fill valve and the outlet seal every so often to keep the seals supple, and fill with short bursts rather than forcing gas in until it spits back. Don’t overfill. For storage, leave a small amount of gas in the magazine so the seals stay seated, keep it somewhere cool and dry, and wipe off dirt and moisture after outdoor games.
Who is it for?
Gas pistol owners who want a large-capacity drum for CQB, fun days or simply more trigger time between reloads.
Please note: Gas and BBs are not listed as included. Always wear suitable eye protection when using airsoft replicas.
