Description
Army Custom 5.1/4.3 Hi-Capa Series Part – Nozzle Complete with Internals (R501-A-03)
This is an Army Armament (Army Custom) complete loading nozzle with internals for its 5.1 and 4.3 Hi-Capa series pistols, part number R501-A-03. Army Armament is known for affordable, well-built gas blowback Hi-Capa pistols and supplies original spare parts so owners can keep them shooting well.
The loading nozzle is one of the hardest-working parts in any gas blowback pistol. On every shot it pushes the next BB into the hop-up and directs the gas, so a cracked or worn nozzle quickly leads to misfeeds, double feeds, gas leaks or weak blowback. Because this part is supplied complete with its internals, as stated in the product name, it is a straightforward replacement.
Why replace it
Nozzles can crack at the tip after many thousands of cycles, or after the pistol has been dry-fired hard or used in very cold weather. Signs of a worn nozzle include BBs dribbling out of the barrel, the slide not cycling fully, or gas escaping from the top of the slide. Fitting a complete original nozzle restores feeding and the gas seal in one go.
Keeping a spare nozzle in your kit bag is also a good idea if your Army Hi-Capa is your main sidearm, as it is quick to swap at a game.
Fitting
Empty the magazine of gas and BBs, field-strip the pistol and remove the slide. The nozzle sits in the blowback housing at the rear of the slide; note its orientation and how the return spring sits before removing it. Fit the new nozzle the same way, reassemble and check the action by hand before refitting a gassed magazine. If you are not confident, a local airsoft technician can fit it for you.

Listed for Army Armament (Army Custom) Hi-Capa series pistols as named. If you are unsure, contact us with your pistol details and we will help.
Care and maintenance
Keep your pistol clean and free of grit, especially after outdoor games, and wipe the outside with a lightly oiled cloth. Put a drop of silicone oil on the magazine seals and valves from time to time, and store magazines with a small amount of gas in them to keep the seals in good condition.
A drop of silicone oil on the nozzle and its seals keeps them supple, and avoiding excessive dry-firing reduces wear.
Who is it for?
For owners of Army Armament 5.1 and 4.3 Hi-Capa pistols with feeding or gas-seal problems, players who want a spare nozzle in their kit, and technicians maintaining these pistols.
Please note: This is a single spare part; the pistol is not included. Always empty the magazine of gas and BBs before working on a gas pistol.
