Description
Big Foot 2.0 Framework (ANSI Z80.3) Glasses (Black Frame – Brown Lens)
The Big Foot 2.0 Framework Glasses are slim, wraparound shooting-style glasses, here with a black frame and a brown tinted lens. The light frame and arms sit comfortably for long periods and fit easily under caps, helmets and ear defenders.
The 2.0 Framework range comes in several frame and lens combinations, so you can choose a tint for the conditions you play or work in. A brown lens is a popular all-round tint for bright and changeable conditions, and the black frame suits any loadout or everyday clothing.
The lens
A brown tint reduces brightness and glare on sunny days while keeping good contrast, which many people find makes it easier to pick out detail against grass, foliage and the sky. It is not ideal for indoor sites, dense shade or low light, where a clear or yellow lens is a better choice; clear, yellow and other lens options are also listed in this range.
About the ANSI Z80.3 marking
ANSI Z80.3 is the American standard for non-prescription sunglasses and fashion eyewear. It covers things such as light transmission and the flammability of frames and lenses, but it is not an impact-protection standard, so glasses marked only to Z80.3 should not be treated as impact-rated safety eyewear.
Many airsoft sites require eye protection with a recognised impact rating, and some only allow full-seal goggles. Check your site’s rules before relying on these glasses during play; otherwise they are well suited to range days, travel, driving in bright conditions and everyday outdoor wear.

- Lightweight frame and arms
- Fits under caps, helmets and ear defenders
- Marked ANSI Z80.3 (sunglasses standard)

Compatibility
Designed to work with caps, helmets, ear defenders and most lower-face masks. They are not designed to be worn over prescription glasses. Check your site’s eye protection rules, as an ANSI Z80.3 marking alone is not an impact rating.
Care and maintenance
Rinse grit and dust off the lens before wiping, then clean with water or lens cleaner and a microfibre cloth. Avoid paper towels, sleeves and solvents, which scratch or damage lenses.
Store the glasses folded in a soft pouch or case, and replace them if the lens is scratched or cracked.
Who is it for?
Players and shooters wanting slim, comfortable glasses with a brown tint for bright days, where their site allows them, and anyone wanting a low-cost pair for range days, travel or outdoor work.
Please note: ANSI Z80.3 is a sunglasses standard, not an impact rating. For airsoft games, always wear eye protection that meets your site’s rules.
