This Big Foot Heat LiPo is a 1300mAh 7.4V (2S) lithium polymer battery with a 25C discharge rating, designed to power airsoft electric guns. LiPo batteries are the most popular choice for modern AEGs because they deliver strong, consistent power, are light for their capacity and give a crisp trigger response compared with older NiMH packs.
Big Foot’s Heat range covers batteries and battery accessories for airsoft players, and this pack is an affordable way to get a spare battery for long game days or to upgrade from an older battery. Performance
The 7.4V nominal voltage comes from two cells in series (2S). The 1300mAh capacity determines how long the battery lasts between charges, and the 25C rating describes how much current the pack is designed to deliver, which is comfortably within the needs of a typical AEG. Actual shots per charge depend on your gearbox, motor, spring and rate of fire.
Size and fitting
This is a stick-type battery, listed at 160mm long and intended for AK series replicas. A long, slim stick battery is the shape most often needed for AK-pattern guns, where the battery usually fits in the dust cover, handguard or a battery stock. Check where your particular AK stores its battery and measure the space before ordering.
Choosing the right battery
Before ordering, check the battery space in your replica (stock tube, buffer tube, handguard or dust cover) and the connector your gun uses. If your AEG has a MOSFET or electronic trigger unit, check that it is designed to run on LiPo; most modern AEGs are, but some older guns are better suited to NiMH. If you are unsure, ask us before buying.

Compatibility
Designed for AK series AEGs with room for a 160mm stick battery. Many AK-pattern replicas from different makers use different battery locations, so measure your battery space first and check that the connector matches your gun.
Care and maintenance
Charge LiPo batteries only with a balance charger set to the LiPo programme, never leave them charging unattended, and charge on a non-flammable surface or in a LiPo safe bag. Unplug the battery from your replica after every game, and if you are storing it for more than a few days, bring it to storage voltage with your charger. Do not over-discharge it: stop using it as soon as your replica loses rate of fire. Never use, charge or store a LiPo that is puffed, punctured or damaged; dispose of it safely at a battery recycling point.
