This is a female XT30 connector from Big Foot Heat. XT30 connectors are a popular choice for linking compact LiPo batteries to airsoft replicas and RC models, with a small, polarised housing that only plugs in one way round.

Why XT30
XT30 connectors are compact, polarised connectors that are widely used in RC models and increasingly in airsoft. Their moulded housings only plug together one way round, and they are small enough to fit in tight battery spaces, which makes them a popular choice for compact LiPo batteries and rewiring projects.
The female connector, with its shrouded contacts, is commonly fitted to the battery side, so the live contacts are protected. It mates with a male XT30, which Big Foot Heat also offers.
Fitting
XT30 connectors are soldered onto the wiring. Slide heat-shrink over each wire first, tin the wire and the connector cup, make the joint quickly with a hot iron, then shrink the tubing over it so no bare metal shows. Plugging a mating connector in while you solder helps keep the pins aligned if the housing warms up.
Take care with orientation and polarity. As a general rule, the replica takes one gender and the battery the other, so that the battery’s live contacts stay shielded. Always check that red goes to red and black to black before connecting a battery for the first time.

Compatibility
Mates with male XT30 connectors. It does not fit Deans, mini Tamiya or XT60 connectors, so if your battery and replica use different types you will need to change one end or use an adapter lead.
Care and maintenance
Unplug batteries by gripping the connector bodies rather than pulling on the wires, and replace any connector that becomes loose, discoloured or melted. Keep connectors clean and dry, and store batteries unplugged.
