Description
Big Foot WST Half Face Mesh Mask (OD)
The Big Foot WST Half Face Mesh Mask is a lower-face mask with a mesh front, finished in OD (olive drab) green. It covers the mouth, nose area and lower cheeks, protecting the parts of the face most vulnerable to BB hits, while the open mesh lets you breathe easily and helps reduce goggle fogging compared with solid masks.
Big Foot offers a wide choice of affordable face protection and tactical gear. Half-face mesh masks are among the most popular forms of airsoft face protection because they are light, comfortable and work with almost any goggles or glasses. This OD version blends well with woodland camouflage and green kit.
Design and wear
Mesh masks pair well with separate eye protection, because the top edge sits below the goggles rather than pushing against them. The mesh panel allows air to flow freely, so breathing and talking to your team are easier than with a solid mask. Check the product images for the exact strap layout and mounting arrangement on this WST version.
Teeth and lips are easily damaged by a close-range hit, so lower-face protection is a sensible piece of kit for every player, and is required by some sites.
Comfort
Adjust the straps so the mask sits close to your face without pressing on your nose or chin. If you wear a helmet or headset, set everything up together before game day. On hot days a mesh mask stays much cooler than a solid or fabric-covered one.

- Protects mouth, nose area and lower cheeks
- Breathable mesh helps reduce goggle fogging
- Works with most goggles and glasses
- Adjustable fitting
- OD finish suits woodland and green loadouts
Compatibility
Check how the mask fits with your goggles or glasses before game day; the top edge of a face mask can push goggles up or cause fogging if the two do not sit well together. Many players prefer anti-fog or fan-assisted goggles when wearing a face mask.
Some sites require full-face protection for younger players or in CQB areas, so check your site’s rules. If you wear a helmet, adjust the straps so the mask, goggles and helmet sit together comfortably.
Care and maintenance
Brush off mud and dirt after use, then wipe the mask with a damp cloth and mild soap and let it dry fully. Dry it thoroughly after wet games, as metal parts can rust if stored damp.
Check the mesh before every game for dents, tears or loose edges, and replace the mask if the mesh is damaged. Inspect straps and fixings for wear.
Who is it for?
This mask is for airsoft players who want comfortable, breathable lower-face protection that works with their existing goggles, in an OD colour to suit woodland and green kit.
Please note: This is a lower-face mask only and is not eye protection. Always wear goggles or glasses rated for airsoft use.
