Bolt Honeycomb RIS Panel (x2)
This pack contains two Bolt Airsoft Honeycomb RIS panels. RIS (rail interface system) panels cover the rails on a handguard, giving a comfortable surface to hold and protecting your hands from the sharp edges of exposed rail.
The honeycomb design gives the panels a distinctive textured look and a grippy surface. Supplied as a pair, they let you cover two sides of a handguard, or two sections of a long rail, for a matching finish.
Why use RIS panels
Exposed rails can be hard on the hands and can snag on gloves and equipment. Panels make the handguard smoother to hold and help protect the rail itself from wear.
They also give you control over where accessories go: cover what you do not need and leave space for a light, laser or grip.
Planning your rail
Before fitting, decide where your light, laser, sling mount and grip will go, then use the panels to cover the remaining sections. Many players cover the side and bottom rails where the support hand rests and leave the top rail clear for optics.
Using matching honeycomb panels and a Bolt honeycomb handstop gives the rifle a consistent, coordinated look.
Fitting
Check that your handguard has a rail compatible with these panels and look at the product photos for dimensions and fitting style. Fit them with the replica unloaded and the battery removed, and make sure each panel is firmly seated.
