Description
Camo Face Paint
Camo Face Paint lets you break up the shape and shine of your face so you blend into your surroundings. Exposed skin is one of the first things that gives a player away in woodland, as faces reflect light and stand out as a recognisable shape. A few stripes or patches of camouflage paint make a noticeable difference to how easily you are spotted.
Face paint is a classic part of military-style kit and is popular with airsoft players, paintballers, wildlife photographers and reenactors. It is lightweight, cheap and takes up almost no room in your kit bag.
How to apply it
Start with a clean, dry face. Use darker shades on the parts of your face that stick out and catch the light, such as the forehead, nose, cheekbones and chin, and lighter shades in naturally shadowed areas like under the eyes and beneath the nose. Use irregular stripes or blotches rather than neat lines to break up the outline of your face. Do not forget your ears, neck and the backs of your hands.
Getting the best effect
Match your colours to your environment and loadout. Apply thin layers and build up as needed; a heavy, solid coat can look like a mask and still show a clear shape. Combine with a hat or helmet and a scarf or face covering for the best concealment.
Removing it
Most camo paint comes off with soap and warm water, though some may need a cleansing wipe or a little oil-based remover. Remove paint fully at the end of the day to look after your skin.

Care and maintenance
