The Classic Army M4 NF008P is a black electric M4 carbine with a 12-inch M-LOK handguard. It pairs the most familiar rifle layout in airsoft with a long, slim modern front end, and makes a capable main rifle for skirmish players of every level.

M-LOK handguard
M-LOK lets you attach rail sections and accessories only where you need them, keeping the handguard slim and comfortable to hold. The 12-inch length gives plenty of room for an extended grip, which many players find steadier and quicker to swing between targets.
Add a short rail section for a torch or laser, a hand stop or angled grip, and a sling mount, and leave the rest of the handguard bare for a clean, light front end. The top rail is ready for a red dot, holographic sight or magnified optic.
Performance
As an AEG, the M4 runs from a rechargeable battery, so it shoots consistently in all weather and costs very little to run once you have a battery and charger. The hop-up lets you get the best from heavier BBs for longer range.
The M4 platform also means that magazines, upgrade parts and accessories are easy to find, so the rifle can grow with you as your experience develops.
Getting started
Charge a suitable battery fully on a proper charger and fit it as the manual describes, connecting it carefully. Load a magazine, wind it if it is a high-capacity type, and start with the hop-up turned off. Fire a few shots at a safe backstop and add hop a little at a time until BBs fly flat without rising at the end of their flight.
Have the rifle chronographed at your site before you play, and keep a note of the hop setting that suits your favourite BB weight so you can return to it quickly.

Compatibility
This is an M4-pattern AEG and should accept standard M4/M16 AEG magazines from most makers; test any new spare before game day. The M-LOK handguard takes M-LOK rail sections and accessories, and optics fit the 20mm top rail.

Care and maintenance
Take the battery out after every game and store it separately at a sensible storage charge, rather than leaving it connected inside the replica. Charge LiPo batteries with a proper balance charger, keep them in a LiPo-safe bag and never leave them charging unattended; NiMH packs should be charged with a smart charger that stops when the pack is full.
Run a cleaning rod with a lightly dampened patch through the inner barrel from time to time to clear dirt and residue, which keeps the hop-up consistent. Use good-quality seamless BBs, never reuse BBs that have been on the ground, and wipe the outside over after damp or muddy games. Leave gearbox work, shimming and spring changes to a competent technician.
