Description
Cybergun / KWC Rings & Valves SET for Magazine (180512/250503/258000/288710/358003)
This Cybergun / KWC set contains replacement rings and valves for magazines, a simple way to restore the gas seals on a well-used magazine. Worn O-rings and tired valves are the most common cause of magazines losing gas, so a spare set keeps your replica running.
The set is listed for the magazines used by Cybergun models 180512, 250503, 258000, 288710 and 358003. Many Cybergun replicas are made by KWC, which is why both names appear.
Why seals wear
Every time a magazine is filled and emptied, its seals flex and rub. Over time they harden, flatten or pick up grit, and gas begins to leak from the fill valve, the exhaust valve or around the seals. Replacing the rings and valves restores the seal and brings the magazine back to full performance.
If a magazine hisses after filling, will not hold gas overnight, or gives fewer shots than it used to, worn seals are the most likely cause.
Fitting
Make sure the magazine is completely empty of gas before you start. Note the order of parts as you remove them, or photograph each step, and fit the new rings and valves the same way. A drop of silicone oil on new rings helps them seat and seal.
If you are not confident working on magazines, a gunsmith or experienced player can fit the set quickly.

Compatibility
Check that your replica is one of the listed Cybergun models before ordering. Seal and valve sizes vary between magazines, so parts for one model are not guaranteed to fit another.
Care and maintenance
Lubricate magazine seals with a drop of silicone oil regularly, and never use petroleum-based oils, which damage rubber. Store gas magazines with a little gas in them, and CO2 magazines without a capsule fitted, to look after the seals.
Who is it for?
Owners of the listed Cybergun / KWC replicas who want to repair leaking magazines or keep spares on hand.
