Description
Cyma CM070 M4 AEG with Inbuilt Silencer (Metal Body, Black)
The Cyma CM070 is an M4SD-style AEG: a full metal M4 carbine with a long suppressor fitted to the outer barrel, giving it a distinctive, purposeful look. Behind the suppressor is a 363mm tight bore inner barrel, much longer than a standard carbine’s, which helps with consistency and range while the overall length stays manageable.
Cyma is one of the most popular names for good-value AEGs, and the CM070 brings a lot of the features players usually pay extra for, including a silent piston head and cylinder head, bearing bushings and a high-torque motor. It is a solid choice for players who want a quiet-looking, robust M4 for woodland or milsim.
Build and materials
The receiver, outer barrel, suppressor, buffer tube, trigger guard, hop-up unit and CNC-machined handguard are alloy, while the pistol grip and stock are polymer. The steel sling plate and trim parts complete a rugged, rattle-free build. The 10in quad-rail handguard has 20mm Picatinny rails on all four sides for torches, lasers, grips and bipods, with a 20mm top rail and flip-up iron sights for optics and backup sighting.
The suppressor has room to add foam inside, which can help reduce the sound of each shot. The outer barrel has a 14mm counter-clockwise (CCW) thread, so it also accepts standard 14mm CCW muzzle devices.
Performance and internals
Inside is a rear-wired Version 2 gearbox with a silent piston head and cylinder head, 8mm bearing bushings and a ball bearing spring guide. A high-torque motor with neodymium magnets gives a good trigger response. The rotary adjustable alloy hop-up is set behind the mock bolt cover; pull the charging handle back and lock the mock bolt open to reach it.
Combined with the 363mm 6.03mm tight bore inner barrel, this setup suits slightly heavier BBs; 0.25g BBs are a good starting point.
Handling
The six-position Crane-style stock holds the battery and has a dual compartment for a split battery. Extended ambidextrous magazine release and fire selector controls, an ambidextrous sling plate and a working bolt catch make it comfortable for left- and right-handed players. Fire modes are safe, semi and full auto, with a trigger lock safety.

Compatibility
Accepts M4/AR-15 AEG magazines. The battery goes in the Crane stock and connects with a Mini Tamiya plug; a 7.4V LiPo of around 1300mAh in a split or stick format is recommended, so check the dimensions before buying. The Version 2 gearbox accepts standard V2 upgrade parts, and the Picatinny rails take standard 20mm accessories.
Care and maintenance
Take the battery out of the gun whenever you are not using it, and store LiPo batteries at storage charge in a fire-resistant bag. Never leave a battery charging unattended.
Use good quality, seamless 6mm BBs; cheap or damaged BBs are the most common cause of jams and can damage the hop-up rubber. Run a cleaning rod with a dry patch through the inner barrel every few games, and if a BB jams, clear it with the rod from the muzzle end with the battery removed.
After each game wipe the outside down to remove dirt and moisture, and let the gun dry at room temperature if it has been out in the rain. Turn the hop-up back off when storing it for long periods, and leave the gun on safe and on semi rather than full auto, so the spring is not left compressed.
Who is it for?
The CM070 suits players who want a robust full metal M4 with a suppressed look, a long inner barrel and plenty of rail space, and is a good-value base for anyone who likes to upgrade over time.
Please note: Battery and charger are not included. Always wear suitable eye and face protection and check the power limits at your site before play.
