Description
Double Bell Moscart Gas Grenade (18 Rounds – M-56)
This Double Bell M-56 is a compact 40mm moscart gas grenade shell holding 18 BBs, made for Double Bell GP-25 grenade launchers. When fired, it releases its BBs together in a short-range shower, making it useful for clearing doorways, corridors and positions behind cover.
Being a lower-capacity shell, it is a good choice if you want to save BBs and gas or prefer a lighter, smaller round to carry several at once. It is a practical companion to a GP-25 under-barrel launcher on an AK-style replica.
Using it
Load the BBs into the chambers, fill the shell with gas and load it into the launcher. When the launcher is triggered, the gas inside the shell drives the BBs out in a spread. Shells are reusable, so recover it after the engagement, refill it and go again.
Choosing a shell
Higher-capacity shells put more BBs downrange, but use more gas and BBs per shot. An 18-round shell like this is a sensible option for carrying several rounds at once or for smaller indoor sites where a short, focused burst is enough.
