Description
DT-Tech Green Gas by Classic Army 1000ml
DT-Tech Green Gas by Classic Army is a 1000ml can of green gas for gas-powered airsoft replicas. Green gas is the most common power source for gas blowback pistols, many gas rifles and gas shotguns, and a large can like this lasts a good number of magazine fills.
Classic Army is a well-known airsoft brand, and the DT-Tech gas is part of its range of consumables. A litre can is a sensible size for regular players who use gas replicas every game day.
Using green gas
Green gas is filled straight into the magazine (or the replica’s gas reservoir) through the fill valve. Hold the can upside down, press the nozzle squarely onto the valve and fill in short bursts until gas starts to spit back. Then wipe away any residue and let the magazine settle for a moment before use.
Gas performance depends on temperature. In cold weather, magazines lose pressure faster and the blowback feels weaker, so keep spare magazines in an inside pocket to keep them warm and allow a few seconds between shots on cold days.
Getting the most from a can
Filling short bursts rather than one long blast wastes less gas and is gentler on the seals. A full litre can is good value compared with smaller cans if you play regularly with gas pistols or rifles. Check the nozzle on the can matches your magazines; most standard airsoft gas magazines use the same type of fill valve.
Key features
- Green gas for gas-powered airsoft replicas
- Large 1000ml can
- From the Classic Army range
- Fills magazines through a standard fill valve

Compatibility
For airsoft replicas designed to run on green gas. Do not use in replicas that require CO2 or HPA. Some replicas, especially older or lightweight-slide pistols, are recommended for a lower-power gas by their maker, so check your manual before using green gas. Do not use in replicas that are not designed for gas.
Care and maintenance
Store gas cans somewhere cool, dry and well ventilated, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, flames and sparks. Never leave a can in a hot car, puncture it or try to burn it, even when it feels empty.
When filling, hold the can upside down with the nozzle straight on the magazine’s fill valve and fill in short bursts. Stop as soon as gas starts to spit back out, as overfilling wastes gas and can stress the seals. Let the magazine warm to room temperature for a minute before use, and store gas magazines with a little gas in them to keep the seals seated.
Who is it for?
For players who run gas blowback pistols, gas rifles or gas shotguns and want a large can of green gas to last through several game days.
Please note: Flammable gas under pressure. Keep away from heat, sparks and naked flames, and store out of reach of children. Always wear eye protection when using gas replicas.
