Description
FMA Ballistic Helmet Magic Stick (FG) (TB405)
The FMA Ballistic Helmet Magic Stick (TB405) is a foliage green (FG) hook-and-loop panel set for FMA-style ballistic helmet replicas. “Magic stick” is a common name for hook-and-loop fastening, and panels like these are applied to the outside of a helmet shell to give you somewhere to attach patches, IR markers, ID panels, counterweights and battery pouches.
FMA is a long-established manufacturer of airsoft tactical gear and helmet accessories, known for affordable replicas of popular military equipment. This set is a simple way to replace worn or missing panels on your helmet, or to add hook-and-loop to a bare shell, so you can customise it to match your loadout.
Why add hook-and-loop to a helmet
Modern military helmets are often fitted with hook-and-loop panels because they make the helmet so adaptable. You can add a unit or team patch, a name tape or blood group patch, a strobe or marker for night games, or a small pouch at the back to balance the weight of a torch or night vision mount at the front. Swapping patches between games or events takes seconds.
For airsoft players, hook-and-loop panels also help with realism, as most reference photos of special forces and military helmets show them clearly.
Fitting
Check the product images to see the shape and number of panels in the set. If the panels are self-adhesive, clean the helmet surface first so it is free of dust and grease, and dry-fit each panel to check its position. Press each panel down firmly along its whole surface and leave it to set before attaching anything heavy.

Compatibility
This set is listed for FMA-style ballistic helmets. Helmet shapes vary, so panels made for one style may not follow the curves of another. Check the product images and compare the shape with your own helmet before ordering.
Care and maintenance
Brush hook-and-loop panels clean from time to time, as dirt, grass seeds and fluff reduce their grip. Avoid leaving the helmet in strong heat, such as a car in summer, which can weaken adhesive backings. If an edge starts to lift, press it back down promptly or re-secure it.
Who is it for?
This set is for airsoft players with an FMA-style ballistic helmet who want to add or replace hook-and-loop panels to carry patches, markers and accessories.
Please note: Helmet and accessories are not included. Check the product images for the panels supplied.
