Description
FMA Metal Folding Target, A Style (Orange, TB1379-OR)
The FMA metal folding target in A style and orange (TB1379-OR) is a hard-wearing, reusable target for airsoft practice. Each hit gives a clear ring, so you know straight away when you have connected, and the target folds flat when the session is over.
FMA is well known for practical airsoft accessories, and a metal target like this outlasts paper and card many times over. The bright orange finish stands out against grass, earth and woodland backgrounds, which makes it easy to spot at longer ranges when zeroing a scope or setting up a rifle.
Using the target
Stand the target on firm, level ground with a safe backstop behind it, and start from a comfortable distance. Because you can hear each hit, you can work through a magazine without walking up to check after every shot, which keeps practice moving.
It works well for zeroing red dots and scopes, dialling in hop-up with a new BB weight, and practising quick pistol shots. Set up two or more targets at different distances for transition drills, or time yourself to add some pressure.
Folding design
When you are done, the target folds down for compact storage and easy carrying, so it fits into a kit bag or the boot of a car alongside the rest of your gear. The A style describes the target’s shape and layout; please see the product images for the exact design.
Key features
- Reusable metal construction
- Audible ring when hit
- Folds flat for storage and transport
- A style target layout
- High-visibility orange finish
- Useful for zeroing, hop-up setting and drills
- Suits pistols and rifles at sensible distances
Compatibility
Designed for practice with airsoft replicas firing 6mm BBs. Choose a shooting distance suited to your replica’s power, and place the target so that any BBs bouncing back are stopped safely. It is also available in other colours and in a B style layout if you want a matched set.
Care and maintenance
Pick up spent BBs after each session and wipe the target down. Store it folded in a dry place, and touch up any chipped paint so the bare metal does not start to mark. Check any moving parts and fixings occasionally so the target stays stable.
Who is it for?
A good choice for airsoft players who want a durable, reusable target for zeroing optics, testing hop-up and practising pistol or rifle drills at home or at the range.
Please note: Always wear suitable eye protection when shooting, as BBs can bounce back from metal targets. Use a safe backstop.
