G&G ETU & Mosfet for VER. III Gearbox (Rear Wire – G-11-125)
This G&G Armament set combines an electronic trigger unit (ETU) and a MOSFET for Version 3 gearboxes, wired for replicas that carry the battery at the rear, in the stock. G&G part number G-11-125. It replaces conventional mechanical trigger contacts with an electronic switch, which is one of the most effective reliability upgrades you can make to an AEG.
G&G is a major Taiwanese AEG manufacturer and fits its own ETU and MOSFET systems to many of its rifles. Buying the set as a spare lets you repair a G&G that has a faulty unit or upgrade a compatible gearbox.
What an ETU and MOSFET do
In a standard AEG, the trigger closes metal contacts that carry the full motor current. Over time they burn and pit, which makes the trigger feel inconsistent and eventually stops the gun. An ETU senses the trigger electronically and a MOSFET switches the motor current instead, so there are no contacts to wear. The result is sharper trigger response and less maintenance.

Fitting
Fitting requires the gearbox to be opened and the trigger and wiring assembly replaced. It is a job for an experienced player or technician. In non-G&G gearboxes, extra work may be needed to make the trigger and selector work correctly.
