AT A GLANCE

Product overview

The Golden Eagle G39C is a compact electric carbine modelled on the short, modern G36C-style rifle, finished in black. It is part of Golden Eagle's Sports Line, a range aimed squarely at players who want a complete, ready-to-go replica without spending a fortune, and it comes with a battery and charger so you have everything needed to power it straight out of the box.

Can I buy this? This is a realistic replica (RIF). UK law needs a valid defence to buy one, usually UKARA registration, which you get by playing three games over two months at one site. No UKARA? See two-tone versions: you just need to be 18 or over. Questions? Ask us.

Description

Golden Eagle G39C Sports Line AEG (Black) with Battery and Charger

The Golden Eagle G39C is a compact electric carbine modelled on the short, modern G36C-style rifle, finished in black. It is part of Golden Eagle’s Sports Line, a range aimed squarely at players who want a complete, ready-to-go replica without spending a fortune, and it comes with a battery and charger so you have everything needed to power it straight out of the box.

Its short overall length and simple controls make it a natural choice for indoor, urban and close-quarter sites, where a long rifle quickly becomes a hindrance. If you are new to airsoft, or want an affordable second gun to lend to friends and family, the G39C is a sensible and practical starting point.

Design and handling

The G39C follows the compact carbine layout: a short barrel and handguard, a pistol grip set well forward, and a folding stock that lets the gun shrink down for transport or for moving through tight buildings. The short layout keeps the weight close to your body, which makes it quick to point and easy to hold in the aim for long periods.

Being a Sports Line model it is built to be light, which younger and smaller players in particular will appreciate during a full day’s skirmishing. The controls are simple and quick to learn, so new players can concentrate on the game rather than the gun.

A complete starter package

Because a battery and charger are included, you do not need to work out connectors, voltages or capacities before your first game: charge the battery, fit it, load a magazine and you are ready to go. That makes the G39C an easy gift and a stress-free first purchase.

As your interest grows you can add optics, a torch or a sling to suit your playing style, and pick up spare magazines so you are not left reloading at the worst moment.

On the field

In close-quarter games the short length is a real advantage when clearing rooms, moving through doorways and shooting around cover. Set the hop-up for the BB weight you are using, starting with it fully off and adding a little at a time until BBs fly flat without rising at the end of their flight.

Key features

  • Compact G36C-style carbine layout
  • Folding stock for transport and tight spaces
  • Light Sports Line build, ideal for new and younger players
  • Battery and charger included
  • Adjustable hop-up for range and accuracy
  • Electric operation with no gas or cocking needed
  • Colour: Black

Compatibility

The G39C is designed around G36-pattern AEG magazines; check that any spare magazines are listed for G36/G39 replicas before ordering. Most standard 6mm airsoft BBs can be used; 0.20g to 0.25g BBs are a good starting point. If you add a replacement battery later, check the connector type and that it physically fits the battery space before ordering.

Care and maintenance

Take the battery out of the gun whenever you are not using it, and store LiPo batteries at storage charge in a fire-resistant bag. Never leave a battery charging unattended.

Use good quality, seamless 6mm BBs; cheap or damaged BBs are the most common cause of jams and can damage the hop-up rubber. Run a cleaning rod with a dry patch through the inner barrel every few games, and if a BB jams, clear it with the rod from the muzzle end with the battery removed.

After each game wipe the outside down to remove dirt and moisture, and let the gun dry at room temperature if it has been out in the rain. Turn the hop-up back off when storing it for long periods, and leave the gun on safe and on semi rather than full auto, so the spring is not left compressed.

Who is it for?

The G39C suits beginners, younger players, families and anyone wanting an affordable, compact AEG for CQB and indoor sites. It also makes a useful loan gun for introducing friends to the game.

Please note: Battery and charger are included. BBs are sold separately. Always wear suitable eye and face protection and check the rules at your site before play.
