Description
Guarder 6.02 Interchange Barrel for AEG Series (455mm – TN-06)
This is a Guarder 6.02mm precision inner barrel for AEGs, 455mm long, part code TN-06, as named. A 6.02mm bore is a tighter fit around a 6mm BB than many standard barrels, which can help consistency and range when paired with a good hop-up rubber and quality BBs.
Guarder is a well-known maker of airsoft upgrade parts and is well known for its inner barrels, gearbox parts and springs. An inner barrel upgrade is one of the most popular ways to improve the consistency of an AEG.
Choosing the right length
Inner barrel length must suit your rifle’s outer barrel and hop-up unit. Many AK-pattern AEGs use an inner barrel of around this length, but lengths vary between makers and models, so the safest way to choose is to measure your existing inner barrel before ordering.
A tighter bore can be more sensitive to dirty or poor-quality BBs, so use clean, seamless BBs.
Fitting
Remove the battery and magazine first. Strip the rifle to reach the barrel assembly, remove the old inner barrel from the hop-up unit and transfer the hop-up rubber, or fit a new one. Check that the hop-up window lines up correctly, then reassemble and test the hop-up adjustment before setting your hop.

Compatibility
For AEGs that use a 455mm inner barrel. Barrel lengths and hop-up cut-outs vary between makers, so check the length against your existing barrel and make sure your hop-up unit accepts it. If in doubt, contact us with your replica model. Re-chronograph your rifle after fitting a new barrel.
Care and maintenance
Clean the barrel regularly with a cleaning rod and a dry or lightly silicone-oiled patch to remove dirt and BB residue, then run a dry patch through. Never push anything abrasive through the bore, and keep the barrel straight and protected when it is out of the rifle.
Use clean, seamless BBs of good quality, as poor BBs leave residue and can jam in a tight bore.
Who is it for?
It is for AEG owners who want a tighter-bore Guarder barrel, and for techs building or repairing rifles that use a 455mm barrel.
Please note: Hop-up rubber and rifle are not included. Re-chronograph your rifle after fitting.
