Description
LayLax Nine Ball Aero Gas Route Seal TM Glock
The Nine Ball Gas Route Seal Aero is a replacement gas route seal for Tokyo Marui Glock series gas blowback pistols. This small rubber seal sits in the gas path, and it plays a big part in how evenly the gas flows to the BB, so a worn seal can quickly sap power and consistency.
LayLax says the Aero design balances gas flow, pressure and speed, which makes it a good upgrade as well as a replacement for a tired original.
About LayLax and Nine Ball
LayLax is a long-established Japanese maker of airsoft parts and accessories. Its family of brands covers most areas of the hobby, with Prometheus for internal upgrades, Nine Ball for gas pistol parts, First Factory for external and replacement parts, Giga Tec for electrical items and Satellite for loaders and workshop accessories.
Design
According to LayLax, the inside of the seal is curved to improve gas routing and reduce resistance, and it is made from a cold-resistant material with lubricant mixed in and a special surface treatment to reduce friction and help hold oil. LayLax lists it as a two-piece pack, with a seal plate that can be fitted to reduce air loss, or left out for better blowback balance.
Fitting
Compare the new seal with the original before fitting, and seat it evenly without twisting. Test the pistol with gas and no BBs first, then fire a few shots at a safe backstop to check the hop and power.

Compatibility
LayLax lists the Tokyo Marui G17, G18C, G19, G22 and G34 gas blowback pistols as compatible. Other brands use different parts, so please check your pistol before ordering.
Spare parts are often specific to one manufacturer, and sometimes to one production version, so please check your replica’s make and model, and compare this part with the one you are replacing, before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with details of your replica and we will help.
Care and maintenance
Use only silicone-based lubricants on rubber seals and O-rings. Petroleum-based oils and solvents can make rubber swell and break down, which causes leaks.
Store spare parts in a sealed bag or small box, somewhere cool and dry and away from direct sunlight, so rubber and polymer parts do not dry out or deform before you need them.
Who is it for?
This seal is for Tokyo Marui Glock owners who want to restore lost power or improve gas efficiency with a quality Nine Ball part.
Please note: The pistol is not included. Have the pistol chronographed after any internal change before you play.
