Description
Laylax Nine Ball Gas Magazine Injection Fill Valves for TM/VFC/WE/KSC (Black – 3 Pack)
This pack contains three Nine Ball injection fill valves for gas magazines, finished in black and listed for Tokyo Marui, VFC, WE and KSC magazines. The fill valve is where the gas goes in when you charge a magazine. When it starts to leak, the magazine loses gas while it sits in your pouch, and you may hear a hiss or see frost at the base.
LayLax is a long-established Japanese maker of airsoft parts, with sub-brands including Prometheus for internal upgrades, Nine Ball for gas pistol parts and First Factory for external and replacement parts.
Why replace a fill valve
Fill valves see a lot of use: every refill pushes the valve open, and grit or a worn seal can stop it closing fully. Replacing the valve is often the quickest way to bring a leaking magazine back into service, and it costs far less than a new magazine.
A pack of three is handy for players who run several magazines for the same replica, or who like to keep spares in the kit bag.
Fitting
Empty the magazine of gas completely before you start, as the valve is under pressure. Use the correct valve key to unscrew the old valve, check the seat is clean, and fit the new valve without over-tightening it. Refill in short bursts and check for leaks by listening and by putting a little soapy water on the valve.
Fill valves differ in thread and length between magazine designs, so compare the new valve with the original before fitting it.

Care and maintenance
Put a drop of silicone oil on the fill valve every few fills, keep the gas can nozzle clean, and fill in short bursts with the can held upright. Store magazines with a little gas in them so the seals stay seated, and never use petroleum-based oils on the seals.
Keep the valve key with your kit so you can deal with a leak at a game.
Who is it for?
These valves suit gas players who maintain their own magazines and want a supply of spare fill valves for Tokyo Marui, VFC, WE or KSC magazines.
Please note: The valve key, gas and magazines are not included.
