This Nine Ball High Bullet Valve NEO RR is an upgrade valve for the Tokyo Marui SOCOM Mk23 gas pistol. The Mk23 is a large, accurate pistol often used as a quiet sidearm with a long silencer, and the valve is one of the parts that controls how efficiently gas is delivered behind each BB.

What it does

Fitting
Valve work needs care, as parts are small and spring-loaded. Work on a clean surface, take photos as you strip the pistol and keep parts in order. Fit the valve as the instructions describe, then test with gas and no BBs before firing at a safe backstop.

Care and maintenance
Put a drop of silicone oil on magazine seals every few fills and store magazines with a little gas in them. Keep the slide rails lightly lubricated, clean the inner barrel with a rod and dry patch, and use good quality seamless BBs.
Gas pistol internals are made to close tolerances. If you are not confident working on your replica, have the part fitted by an experienced technician.
