Description
Laylax Nine Ball High Speed Sniping System Split Slide Kit for TM Hi-Capa 5.1
The Nine Ball High Speed Sniping System is a split slide kit for the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 5.1 gas blowback pistol. A retailer describes it as a split slide design intended to allow faster follow-up shots with minimal recoil, turning the Hi-Capa into a striking, purpose-built competition and precision pistol.
LayLax is a long-established Japanese maker of airsoft parts, with sub-brands including Prometheus for internal upgrades, Nine Ball for gas pistol parts and First Factory for external and replacement parts.
Design
A retailer lists the kit as lightweight, robust plastic construction in black, about 190mm long and about 140g in weight. It has Picatinny rails on top and bottom, so you can mount a red dot or other optic above the slide and a torch or laser underneath.
Hi-Capa pistols are among the most customisable gas pistols in airsoft, and a split slide kit like this is one of the most dramatic changes you can make to their looks and handling.
Fitting
This is a significant modification, so read the instructions carefully before you start. Strip the pistol, transfer or fit the internal parts as the instructions describe, and check that everything moves freely before reassembly. Test with gas and no BBs, then fire a few shots at a safe backstop. LayLax also offers dedicated slide and inner part assemblies for this system; please check the product images and contact us to confirm exactly what this kit includes.
