Description
Laylax Nine Ball Magazine Gas Route Seal Aero Type for TM Glock GBB Series (2 PCS)
This pack contains two Nine Ball Gas Route Seals in the Aero design, made for the magazines of Tokyo Marui Glock series gas blowback pistols. The gas route seal sits where the magazine meets the pistol and carries the gas from the magazine valve into the gun, so even a small leak here costs power and blowback.
LayLax is a long-established Japanese maker of airsoft parts, with sub-brands including Prometheus for internal upgrades, Nine Ball for gas pistol parts and First Factory for external and replacement parts.
The Aero design
LayLax says the Aero seal is shaped to balance gas flow, pressure and speed. The inside is curved to give the gas a smoother route with less resistance, and the material is a cold-resistant compound with a lubricant mixed in and a surface treatment designed to reduce friction and help hold oil.
LayLax lists the Glock version with a seal plate. Fitting the plate helps reduce air loss, and leaving it out gives a better balance towards blowback, so you can set the pistol up the way you prefer.
When to replace it
Typical signs of a tired gas route seal are a hiss or frosting at the top of the magazine when you fire, weak or sluggish blowback and BBs that drop short, particularly on cooler days. A fresh seal is an inexpensive fix, and having a spare pair in your kit means a leaking magazine need not end your day.

Compatibility
These seals are made for Tokyo Marui Glock series gas blowback magazines. Glock-pattern pistols from other makers, including Umarex and other licensed models, often use different magazine designs, so please compare with your original seal, or contact us, before ordering.
Care and maintenance
Put a drop of silicone oil on the gas route seal and fill valve every few fills, and store magazines with a little gas in them so the seals stay supple. Never overfill, keep magazines out of direct sunlight and hot cars, and in cold weather let them warm up naturally rather than heating them.
Seat the new seal evenly without twisting or stretching it, then test the magazine in the pistol with gas and no BBs before firing a few shots at a safe backstop.
Who is it for?
It is for Tokyo Marui Glock owners who want to cure a leaking magazine, restore lost blowback or keep spare seals in their pistol kit.
Please note: Gas, BBs and tools are not included.
