Laylax Polymer Internal Spare Gear Set for Automatic High Capacity BB Loader
This is a polymer internal spare gear set for a LayLax automatic high capacity BB loader. The gears inside an electric loader drive the BBs from the hopper into the magazine, and they are the parts that take the most wear over time.
LayLax’s Satellite range includes electric BB loaders such as the Satellite Electric BB Loader NEO, which is listed with a self-lubricating POM feed gear and lip adapters for different magazine types.
When you need it
If your loader runs but BBs feed slowly or not at all, or it makes a grinding or clicking noise, worn or damaged gears are a likely cause. Dirty or damaged BBs, grit and forcing the loader when it is jammed can all wear the gears. Replacing them with the correct spare set is usually a straightforward way to bring a loader back into service.
Polymer gears are light and quiet in use.
Fitting
Remove the batteries and empty all BBs from the loader. Open the housing as the manual describes, note how the original gears are fitted, and replace them one at a time so each goes back in the right place. Reassemble and test with a few BBs before filling it.

Care and maintenance
