Description
Maxtact Derringer Gas Pistol Black Replacement Trigger
The Maxtact Derringer Black Replacement Trigger is a spare trigger for Maxtact’s compact Derringer gas pistol, finished in black. It restores a trigger that has been bent or worn, and keeps the pistol looking original if yours is a black Derringer.
Our own listing of the Maxtact Derringer describes a compact, double-barrelled gas pistol with full metal construction and a polymer grip, firing single shots. It is a characterful backup and a favourite for western and role-play games, and keeping its few working parts in good order keeps it reliable.
Why replace the trigger
The trigger is one of the most handled parts of any pistol. If yours has been bent, damaged in a fall or worn so that it no longer feels crisp, a replacement restores the pistol’s feel and function.
A black trigger matches the black Derringer and keeps the pistol looking plain and understated, or it can be used to give a contrasting look on a different coloured pistol.
Fitting
Follow the Maxtact manual or have the part fitted by an airsoft technician if you are not confident stripping the pistol. Always make sure the pistol is empty of gas and BBs before starting, and work on a clean surface so that small pins and springs are not lost.

Compatibility
Made for the Maxtact Derringer gas pistol, as named. It is not designed for other makers’ derringers or other pistols. If you are unsure which pistol you have, contact us before ordering.
Care and maintenance
After fitting, check that the trigger moves freely and that the pistol fires and resets correctly before loading it. Wipe the metal with a light film of silicone oil, store the pistol dry, and put a drop of silicone oil on the fill valve every few fills.
Who is it for?
The black trigger is for Maxtact Derringer owners who need a straightforward replacement, especially for a black Derringer where an original look matters.
