Socom Gear PMR30 Magazine (15 Rounds)
This is a spare 15-round magazine for the Socom Gear PMR30, Socom Gear’s officially licensed airsoft version of the Kel-Tec PMR-30 pistol. A second magazine lets you reload quickly instead of stopping to refill.
The Socom Gear PMR30 is a CO2 gas blowback pistol with a slim, lightweight build and distinctive Kel-Tec styling. Keeping an extra magazine or two ready is the easiest way to get more from it on a skirmish day.
Running a gas pistol
The PMR30 is powered by a 12g CO2 capsule. Carry a few spare capsules along with your magazines, and refer to the pistol’s manual for fitting and removing the capsule safely.
CO2 performs more consistently than many other gases in cooler weather, which suits outdoor play in the UK, but very rapid fire can still cool the system. Pausing between strings helps keep performance steady.
Loading
Load BBs into the magazine following the instructions supplied with your pistol. Use clean, seamless 6mm BBs and check the follower moves freely before inserting the magazine.
Pistol magazines are easy to drop during a hurried reload, so a secure pouch or holster with magazine carriers is worth having. Check that the magazine seats fully and clicks into place each time you insert it.
