Description
Tectonic Innovations Atom Impact Grenade (Black)
The Tectonic Innovations Atom is an impact grenade for airsoft, finished in black. As the name suggests, it is designed to go off on impact, giving you an instant bang for clearing rooms and flushing opponents out of cover without having to time a fuse.
Tectonic Innovations is a UK name known for well-made, reusable airsoft grenades, including the popular Quake and Neutron ranges. The Atom sits alongside them as a straightforward impact grenade, and its plain black finish suits players who prefer kit that does not draw attention.
Using impact grenades
Impact grenades are at their best in CQB, where a grenade thrown through a doorway or over a wall can clear a room or force an opponent to move. Because they go off on contact, there is no waiting for a timer, and the opposition has no chance to throw them back. Practise throwing to a spot rather than at a person, and call your grenades as your site requires.
Black is discreet on your rig, but it can be hard to find on dark floors and in woodland after a throw, so watch where it lands and pick it up promptly once the game allows.
Before you buy
Tectonic Innovations grenades use primers to make their report, and primers are sold separately. The exact primer type for the Atom is not stated in our listing, so check with us before ordering primers, and make sure you buy them from a supplier who can sell them to you.

Compatibility
Check your site’s rules on pyrotechnics and impact grenades before use; many sites allow them, but some restrict their use indoors or set minimum throwing distances. Primers are not included; ask us which primers suit the Atom before you order.
Care and maintenance
After each game, remove any spent primer and check the grenade for dirt or residue. Wipe it clean and dry, particularly after wet or muddy games, and store it unloaded in a dry place.
Keep primers separately in their original packaging, somewhere cool and dry, and treat a loaded grenade with care, as it is designed to go off when it strikes a surface.
Who is it for?
CQB and woodland players who want a dependable impact grenade from a respected UK grenade maker, in a low-key black finish.
Please note: Primers are not included. Always wear full-seal eye protection when using grenades, and follow your site’s rules on pyrotechnics.
