Description
Tokyo Marui Next Generation AEG AK47 EBB
This is Tokyo Marui’s AK47 from the Next Generation range, an electric rifle (AEG) with electric blowback, the moving-bolt and recoil effect that the Next Generation series is known for. Tokyo Marui is one of the best-known Japanese airsoft makers, and its Next Generation rifles are built to give a more realistic shooting experience than a standard AEG.
The AK47 is one of the most recognisable rifles in the world, and Tokyo Marui’s version combines that classic shape with the dependable performance and fine finish that the brand is known for. It suits players who want an AK with real character on the field, and collectors who want a Next Generation rifle in their line-up.
Compatibility
Next Generation rifles use their own magazines and many of their own parts, so standard AK AEG magazines and gearbox parts are not necessarily compatible. For spares, look for magazines made for Tokyo Marui’s Next Generation AK series; we list a Tokyo Marui Next Generation AK series 90-round magazine separately. When choosing a battery, check the size and connector against the space in the handguard and the rifle’s manual.
The 14mm CCW thread listed by retailers takes standard 14mm CCW muzzle devices, mock suppressors and tracer units. Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs and set the hop-up to suit the weight you choose.
Care and maintenance
Disconnect and remove the battery after every game, and never store the rifle with the battery plugged in. Charge batteries with a suitable charger, never leave them charging unattended, and store them at a sensible storage charge somewhere cool and dry.
Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs, as poor or damaged BBs are the main cause of jams and hop-up wear. Clean the inner barrel regularly with a cleaning rod and a soft cloth, wipe the outside down after wet or muddy games, and keep the rifle somewhere dry between games.
Who is it for?
The Next Generation AK47 is for players and collectors who want a classic AK with realistic recoil and bolt-stop behaviour, from a maker with a reputation for quality and consistency.
Please note: A battery and charger are not listed as included. Always wear suitable eye and face protection when using airsoft replicas, and check your site’s rules and power limits before play.
