Description
TS Blades RAPTOR G3 Dummy Knife (Black)
The TS Blades RAPTOR G3 is a black dummy training knife made from PVC. It has the size and silhouette of a tactical fixed-blade knife but no sharp edge or point, so it can be carried as part of a realistic airsoft loadout, used for knife-defence drills or handled on camera without the risks of a real blade.
TS Blades produce a range of G3 dummy knives in different blade profiles, and the RAPTOR is one of the more classic, purposeful shapes in the line. It is an easy way to finish off a plate carrier or belt setup so that your kit looks complete.
Build and materials
The knife is moulded from PVC, which gives it enough body to look and feel like a real knife in the hand while staying flexible and blunt. The black finish blends in with most kit and gives a low-key, practical look. Because it is a one-piece moulded item, there is nothing to rust, loosen or sharpen.
Using it in airsoft and training
Many sites allow knife kills with approved rubber or plastic training knives, usually with a light touch rather than a strike. A PVC dummy such as the RAPTOR is the sort of item these rules are written for, but every site sets its own policy, so always check with the marshals before using it in a game.
Outside of games, the RAPTOR is useful for martial arts and self-protection classes, police and security training, film and theatre props, and reenactment, where a real blade would be unsafe or inappropriate.
Key features
- Dummy training knife with no cutting edge
- Moulded PVC construction
- RAPTOR fixed-blade profile
- Black finish
- Part of the TS Blades G3 range
- Suits loadouts, drills, props and display
Compatibility
The RAPTOR can be carried in a suitable knife sheath on a belt, plate carrier or chest rig. Sheath fit depends on the blade shape, so check the dimensions of any sheath you plan to use. It sits alongside the other blade profiles in the TS Blades G3 range if you want to compare shapes.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the knife clean with a damp cloth after use and let it dry. Avoid leaving it in direct heat, such as on a car dashboard in summer, as PVC can soften and lose its shape. Store it flat or in its sheath so the blade stays straight.
Who is it for?
Airsoft players finishing a realistic loadout, instructors and students running knife-defence drills, and anyone needing a safe, convincing knife prop.
Please note: Always check your site’s rules on training knives before using one in play, and use it with a light touch.
