Description
UFC T1 Reddot (Tan)
The UFC T1 Reddot in tan is a small tube-style red dot sight modelled on the popular T1 micro sight. It gives you an illuminated aiming dot with no magnification, so you can shoot quickly with both eyes open, and the tan finish suits desert, coyote and multicam builds.
UFC makes affordable replica optics and accessories for airsoft. A T1-style sight is one of the most common upgrades for an M4, SMG or PDW because it is light and compact, yet makes target acquisition much faster than using iron sights. This listing is the sight on its own; versions with a quick-detach mount are listed separately, and the same sight is also listed in black.
Fast and compact
With no magnification you keep your whole field of view, which suits CQB, woodland and fast-moving games. Simply place the dot on the target and shoot. The small body leaves plenty of rail space, so you can fit a magnifier behind it later if you want extra reach.
A micro dot also sits low and tidy on a replica, so it is less likely to catch on slings, door frames or vegetation than a larger tube or holographic-style sight.
Choosing a mount height
Check the product photos to see how this sight is mounted as supplied. Many players fit a T1-style dot on a riser so it sits higher, which gives a more upright head position and makes it easier to look through while wearing a full-face mask, goggles or a helmet. UFC also lists BOBRO-style T1 QD risers in black and tan, which are made for this style of sight.
On a pistol-calibre carbine or shotgun with a low rail, a lower mount may suit you better. It comes down to how the stock meets your cheek, so try the position before zeroing.
Zeroing
Once mounted, set the brightness just high enough to see the dot clearly in the light you are playing in, then fire groups at a fixed target and adjust the windage and elevation until the BBs land on the dot. Set your hop-up for the BB weight you use before you start, as changing either afterwards moves the point of impact.

Compatibility
Designed to sit on a standard top rail via its mount; check the photos for the mount supplied and make sure your replica has a 20mm Picatinny-style rail. It also suits risers made for T1-type sights. The battery type is not stated on our listing, so check the compartment or packaging when it arrives.
Care and maintenance
Switch the sight off after every game and take the battery out if it is going into storage for more than a few weeks, as a flat or leaking cell can damage the contacts. Clean the lenses only with a soft lens brush and a microfibre cloth, never with your sleeve or a paper towel, which leave fine scratches that scatter the dot.
Replica sights are not built to take direct BB hits on the front lens, so a lens protector or flip-up cover is a sensible addition if you play close-quarter games. Check the mount screws before each game day, as vibration from a replica can slowly loosen them, and wipe off mud and grit before putting the sight away.
Who is it for?
For players building a tan, desert or multicam-themed rifle, SMG or PDW who want a compact red dot that keeps the replica light and handy.
Please note: This is a replica sight for airsoft use. Any riser or replica shown is not included unless stated, and battery details are not listed.
