Description
VFC 40mm Titan Airsoft Gas Grenade – Extended Range Propellant Module
The VFC 40mm Titan is a gas grenade cartridge made for the VFC US SOCOM M3 MAAWS launcher system. It is the part of the system that holds the gas charge, acting as the power source for each shot, and it is designed with an incremental lengthening design for extended range.
Because the MAAWS is a single-shot launcher, spare Titan grenades are what keep a support gunner in the fight. Fill several before the game, and you can reload quickly without stopping to recharge.
How it works
The VFC M3 MAAWS is a modular launcher system. In its standard form, a 40mm gas grenade is loaded inside the simulated 84mm round, which is then loaded into the launcher. With the optional 65mm launch module, the launcher fires 65mm projectiles, with a VFC 40mm Titan gas grenade providing the propellant charge.
Fitted with a VFC 40mm rubber cap head, the Titan can fire BBs. Fill it with green gas before the game, load it into the simulated round or the 65mm module, and it supplies the gas for the shot.
Build
The Titan is made from aluminium alloy, copper and rubber, giving a robust cartridge that can be filled and used again and again with sensible care.

Compatibility
Designed for the VFC US SOCOM M3 MAAWS launcher system. It is not intended for standard 40mm grenade launchers such as M203-style or Milkor-style launchers. If you want to use it with another system, please contact us first.
Care and maintenance
Do not overfill: stop when the gas begins to spit back. Store the grenade with a small amount of gas inside to keep the seals seated, and add a drop of silicone oil to the fill valve and seals from time to time. Keep it clean and dry, check for leaks before each game, and never use lighter fuel or other unsuitable gases.
Who is it for?
VFC M3 MAAWS owners who want extra propellant cartridges for faster reloading and longer games.
Please note: launcher, gas and BBs are sold separately. Always follow your site’s rules on launchers and wear suitable eye and face protection.
