Description
Walther WA 2000 Spring Powered Sniper Rifle (by Ares – Real Wood – Bipod – SR-018)
The Walther WA 2000 by Ares (SR-018) is a spring-powered, bolt action airsoft replica of one of the most striking sniper rifles ever made. This version has real wood furniture and comes with a bipod, and it is officially licensed by Walther through Umarex.
The original WA 2000 was a precision bullpup rifle built in very small numbers, and it is famous for its sculpted wooden stock and skeletal frame. Ares’s replica captures that unusual shape in a full metal build, which makes it a centrepiece for collectors as well as a serious spring sniper for players who want something few others will have.
What’s in the box
- Ares Walther WA 2000 spring sniper rifle
- Bipod
Compatibility
Spare magazines: the Ares WA2000 50-round magazine (MAG-047) is made for this rifle. Check the photos and manual for scope mounting before choosing an optic and mount. Use good quality, heavier 6mm BBs for the best accuracy from a spring sniper.
Care and maintenance
Do not store the rifle cocked, and avoid dry firing without BBs, which strains the spring and piston. Clean the inner barrel regularly with a rod and patch, as a clean barrel is essential for consistent sniper accuracy.
Treat the real wood furniture with a little wax or oil now and then and dry it promptly if it gets wet. Wipe the metal down after damp games, and keep the rifle in a padded case.
Who is it for?
Collectors and fans of unusual rifles, and snipers who want a heavy, steady, weather-proof spring rifle with real presence.
Please note: BBs and scope are not included. Always wear suitable eye protection when using airsoft replicas.
