ACM 17 Series Carbine Kit with Stock (Black)
The ACM 17 Series Carbine Kit turns a compatible 17 Series style gas blowback pistol into a compact, shoulder-fired carbine. The pistol drops into the kit’s chassis, which adds a stock and a longer front end, so you get the stability and control of a small rifle while keeping the light weight and quick handling of a pistol. This version is finished in black.
Carbine kits are a popular way to get more from a pistol you already own. A shoulder-supported pistol is far easier to hold steady and shoot accurately than one held at arm’s length, and the kit gives you somewhere to fit a red dot or light. It is an affordable route to a quiet, handy CQB primary.
How it works
The pistol is installed in the kit and fires exactly as normal, using its own magazine and gas. The kit simply provides the stock and the front end, and the extra contact points make it much easier to place shots where you want them. Because the pistol itself is not modified, you can remove it again when you want to carry it as a sidearm.

Using it on site
A gas pistol in a carbine kit is light, quiet and quick to bring up, which suits indoor sites and close woodland play. Add a compact red dot where the rail space allows and target acquisition becomes faster still.
As with any gas set-up, performance drops in cold weather, so keep spare magazines warm in an inside pocket during winter games.

Care and maintenance
Keep the kit clean and free of grit, particularly where the pistol locks in. Check the fixings and the stock from time to time and tighten anything that has worked loose.
Take the pistol out of the kit for storage and look after it as normal: a drop of silicone oil on the magazine seals every few fills, and magazines stored with a little gas in them.
