ACM ABS Hard Case (Egg Foam – 120x35x12cm)
The ACM ABS Hard Case is a long, rigid gun case listed at 120 x 35 x 12cm, lined with egg-crate (egg foam) padding. It is designed to protect full-length rifles, sniper rifles and other long replicas in transit, whether you are travelling to a game day, storing kit at home or moving equipment between sites.
A hard case gives far more protection than a soft gun bag. The rigid ABS shell resists knocks and crushing in a car boot, while the egg foam cushions the replica and stops it moving around inside.
Build and protection
ABS is a tough, impact-resistant plastic widely used for equipment cases, and it keeps the case relatively light for its size. The egg foam lining has a profiled surface of peaks and troughs that grips and cushions whatever is laid in it, absorbing bumps and vibration.
The 120cm length suits most full-size rifles and many sniper rifles, and the 35cm width gives room for a scoped rifle or for a replica alongside magazines and small accessories, depending on their size. Always measure your replica, including any scope, bipod or muzzle device, before ordering.
Using it
Before packing, remove the magazine and battery or gas, and make sure the replica is unloaded. Lay it on the lower foam with the top foam closed over it, and pack magazines and accessories so they cannot shift against the replica.
A plain hard case keeps your kit discreet and protected on the way to and from the site, and makes it easy to carry from the car park to the safe zone.

Compatibility
Suitable for full-length AEGs, gas rifles, shotguns and many sniper rifles that fit within the listed size. Check the length of your replica with any stock extended or folded, and include optics, bipods and muzzle devices when measuring. The 12cm depth may limit tall scope set-ups, so measure carefully.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the shell down with a damp cloth after muddy days and let the inside air out if it has been closed with damp kit, to avoid mould and corrosion on metal parts. Do not store wet replicas in the case.
Keep the case out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from heat sources, and check the latches and hinges now and then. If the foam becomes worn or torn, consider replacing the lining to maintain protection.
