ACM M203 40mm Gas Grenade (108 Rounds – Polymer – Black)
This ACM 40mm gas grenade is a reusable launcher shell for M203-style and other 40mm airsoft grenade launchers. It holds up to 108 BBs and releases them in a single burst when fired, putting a cloud of BBs on target to clear rooms, flush players out of cover and break stalemates.
The black polymer body keeps the shell light, and because it can be refilled with gas and BBs again and again, it is far cheaper to run than single-use pyrotechnics. The 108-round capacity sits between the smaller shells in our range and the high-capacity versions, giving a dense spread without excessive bulk. We also list ACM shells in 60 and 84 round versions.
How it works
A 40mm gas shell is charged with gas and filled with BBs. When it is loaded into a launcher and the launcher’s firing pin strikes the shell’s valve, the stored gas is released all at once and drives the BBs out together, giving a spread rather than a single shot.
The number of BBs you load and the gas you use both affect spread and range. Follow the instructions supplied with the shell and your launcher, and test it at your site’s chrono or range area before using it in a game.
In the game
Grenade shells are most effective at short to medium range, especially when fired through doorways, into rooms or at players behind cover. Many sites have specific rules on 40mm launchers, including minimum engagement distances and how hits are counted, so check before you play.
Carry spare shells in a dedicated 40mm pouch so they are protected and quick to reload.

Compatibility
Designed for 40mm airsoft grenade launchers such as M203-style launchers. Fit can vary between launcher brands, so check that your launcher accepts standard 40mm gas shells before ordering. Use the gas type recommended in the instructions supplied with the shell.
Care and maintenance
Store the shell with a little gas in it to keep the seals supple, and put a drop of silicone oil on the fill valve now and then. Never overfill. Clear out dirt and broken BB fragments after use, and check the shell for cracks before each game. Use only clean, good quality BBs.
