Airtech Studios Tokyo Marui NGRS TDC Hop-Up Bracket Convert Kit
This Airtech Studios kit fits the hop-up of Tokyo Marui Next Generation Recoil Shock (NGRS) electric rifles and converts it to TDC, or top-down-centre, pressure. It is designed so that the hop-up applies its force evenly through the centre of the bucking, aiming to give more consistent hop and better shot-to-shot accuracy.

How it works
On many hop-up units the arm presses down slightly off-centre or unevenly, which can put an uneven spin on the BB and cause flyers. A TDC bracket changes how the pressure is delivered, so the force is applied from directly above and spread evenly across the bucking patch. The result is a more even backspin, which helps BBs fly straighter and more consistently.

The kit is designed to work with popular hop-up buckings, including R-Hop, flat-hop and Maple Leaf Macaroon types, so it fits neatly into an upgrade path if you are already using or planning one of these setups.

Compatibility
For Tokyo Marui Next Generation Recoil Shock (NGRS) series electric rifles. It is not designed for standard Version 2 or Version 3 AEG hop-ups or for other manufacturers’ recoil systems. Check that your rifle is a Tokyo Marui NGRS model before ordering.
Care and maintenance
Fitting the bracket involves opening up the hop-up, so remove the battery and magazine first, work on a clean surface and take photographs as you go. After fitting, set the hop-up from zero and adjust it gradually with the BB weight you use until shots fly flat. Keep the barrel and bucking clean with a dry cleaning rod and patch, and only use good quality seamless BBs. If you are not confident, ask a technician to fit it.
