Description
Ares GSG G14 with Electric Blowback & EFCS (Black – G-14-BK)
The Ares GSG G14 is a licensed carbine built by Ares, combining a modern, slim profile with Ares’ Electronic Firing Control System (EFCS) and electric blowback. This black version (G-14-BK) is compact, light and easy to handle, and it takes G36-style magazines, which are inexpensive and widely available.
GSG is known for modern sporting rifle designs, and the G14 brings that look to airsoft with an M-LOK handguard, a full-length top rail and a slim folding stock. With electronics that protect the trigger and the battery, it is a well-rounded choice for players who want modern features without complexity.
Build and handling
A full-length top Picatinny rail gives you room for an optic and back-up sights, while the modular M-LOK handguard lets you add only the rail sections and accessories you need, keeping weight down. The slim stock both adjusts and folds, so you can shorten the carbine for indoor play or storage.
As listed, the length runs from about 686mm to 762mm depending on the stock position, and the inner barrel is about 255mm, giving a handy size that suits CQB and mixed sites.
EFCS and electric blowback
Ares’ EFCS electronically manages the trigger, giving crisp, consistent response and removing the wear of mechanical contacts. It also includes low-voltage protection to help look after your battery. Electric blowback adds a little movement and sound with each shot for a more realistic feel.
A quick-change spring system lets you adjust power to suit site limits, and the hop-up is adjustable for your preferred BB weight.
Getting started
Charge your battery on a proper charger and fit it following the manual. Load a magazine and test-fire at a safe backstop, starting with the hop-up off and bringing it up gradually until shots fly flat. A few minutes of zeroing at the range makes a big difference to your confidence on the field.
Practise magazine changes and battery swaps at home, and get the rifle chronographed at the site before your first game.

Compatibility
The G14 accepts most G36-style AEG magazines, but always test a spare before relying on it in a game. Check the battery space and connector before buying a battery, and ask us if you are unsure which pack to choose. The top rail takes standard Picatinny optics and the handguard accepts M-LOK rail sections and accessories.
Care and maintenance
Unplug and remove the battery after use, store LiPos in a fire-safe bag, and charge them on a balance charger you are watching. Keep the inner barrel clean with a rod and patch, because a dirty barrel or hop-up rubber is the most common cause of poor grouping.
Use good quality, polished BBs and avoid reusing BBs picked up from the floor. Keep the rifle dry, check all external screws now and then, and leave internal servicing to someone who knows AEGs well.
Who is it for?
The G14 suits players who want a compact, modern carbine with clever electronics and easy-to-find magazines, from new players to experienced CQB regulars.
Please note: A battery, charger and optics are not listed as included. Always wear suitable eye and face protection, and check your site’s power limits before play.
