Description
Ares Stand Alone M320 40mm Grenade Launcher (GL-11 – Tan)
This is the stand-alone version of Ares’ M320 launcher, code GL-11, in tan. The M320 is the 40mm launcher that succeeded the M203, and this airsoft replica is set up to be carried and used on its own as a dedicated launcher. It takes standard airsoft 40mm grenade shells, giving you a quick, effective way to clear a room or a trench.
Ares is known for well-engineered replicas, and its M320 is a well-regarded launcher. The tan finish matches coyote and desert loadouts, and as a stand-alone launcher it can be slung alongside your primary or carried as a grenadier’s main tool.
Design
The M320’s best-known feature is its side-opening barrel. Instead of sliding the barrel forward as on an M203, you swing it out to the side to load and unload a shell, which is quick and easy and leaves your hands in a natural position. The launcher is a single-shot design: fire, swing the barrel open, remove the spent shell and load a fresh one.
As a stand-alone launcher it is self-contained, so you can pick it up, load it and fire without needing a host rifle. That makes it a flexible addition to your kit, and a good option for players who prefer to keep their primary rifle light.
How it works
The launcher does not hold any gas itself. All of the power comes from the 40mm shell, which you fill separately with the gas recommended for that shell. When you pull the trigger, the launcher releases the shell’s charge and sends its load of BBs downrange at once, which is ideal for clearing doorways, rooms and trenches.
Carry several pre-filled shells in pouches so you can reload quickly between shots. Spend some time on a safe range learning how your chosen shells spread at different distances before relying on the launcher in a game.

Compatibility
Accepts standard airsoft 40mm grenade shells, including gas-powered BB shells. Check the length and type of any shell against the launcher before you rely on it, and check your site’s rules, as some sites limit shell capacity or type.
Use only the gas recommended for your shells; lighter fluid or similar fuels will damage shell seals.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the launcher down after use and let it dry if it has been out in the wet. Keep the barrel hinge and latch clean so the barrel swings and locks positively, and check any screws before each game.
Never leave a filled shell in the launcher. Take shells out at the end of the day, store them with a little gas to keep the seals supple, and put a drop of silicone oil on shell seals and moving parts from time to time.
Who is it for?
Support players and milsim teams with tan or coyote loadouts who want a stand-alone M320 for clearing rooms and trenches.
Please note: Grenade shells, gas and BBs are not included. Always wear full-seal eye and face protection when using launchers, and follow your site’s rules on launcher use.
